The Laya AI System 1 Decision Gateway is engineered with a strict Zero-Retention Policy for customer data.

• No Logging of Request Payloads: Content submitted to inference endpoints (e.g., ticket text, prompts, emails) is evaluated strictly in ephemeral RAM.
• No Model Training: Your input data, outputs, and questions are never saved to disk, never shared, and never used to train or fine-tune any future models.
• Immediate Deallocation: Once inference finishes (under 35 milliseconds), memory buffers containing your text are immediately released.

2. Information Handled

When you access the service via RapidAPI, authentication, billing, and request counting are securely managed by the RapidAPI platform.

• Billing Information: We do not store or collect your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or payment credentials. These are processed exclusively by RapidAPI.
• Telemetry & Diagnostics: We only log anonymized server metadata (e.g., HTTP status code, response latency in milliseconds, timestamp) for error tracking and availability monitoring.

3. Security & In-Transit Encryption

All API requests sent to the Laya Decision Gateway are encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3). Requests cannot be intercepted in transit over unencrypted channels.

4. GDPR and CCPA Compliance

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Because we do not store personal data or identify individual API consumers on our backend servers, there is no persistent personal record kept.
• You retain complete ownership of any text, prompts, or inputs you submit.
