Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to, integrating, or accessing the Laya AI System 1 Decision Gateway via RapidAPI, Zyla Labs, or direct API keys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the API.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use the Gateway to:

• Conduct or facilitate denial of service (DoS/DDoS) attacks or automated stress-testing against the API gateway infrastructure.
• Circumvent or attempt to tamper with rate limits, subscription quotas, or API key authentication headers.
• Process unlawful content, malicious malware command & control, or unauthorized exploits.
• Resell access to the API without an authorized enterprise reseller agreement.

3. Service Levels, Latency & Availability

The service is hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure with continuous health monitoring. While typical response latency is under 35 milliseconds, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Maintenance windows, upstream network disruptions, or cloud infrastructure outages may occasionally impact availability.

4. Model Attribution & Licensing

The underlying neural network model checkpoint is convaiinnovations/laya, open-sourced by Convai Innovations. The wrapper runtime, security gateways, and cloud deployment architecture are authored and published by Harshad Jadav.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

All subscription plans (Free tier during the limited promotional period, Pro, Ultra, Mega), payment processing, overage billing, and cancellations are handled securely through the RapidAPI Marketplace. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your RapidAPI developer dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harshad Jadav and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
